Thats a shame. May be the guy thought that by going offensive and putting up claim on dead boy's parents will make him look like a victim and the court decision will be softer. I guess in Spain, if you have a bigger vehicle, you are automatically taken as the culprit.

 

Thats just a pretty sad situation all around. Someone at my highschool with a 5.0 mustang that was pretty tuned up hit a dog, then sued the owners to pay for the damage

 

So, are the owners of PAM123327623 contesting it? or giving the money??
