Do you have lpg conversions in the US? Could get them in the UK, and you keep all of your performance, and the lpg is really cheap.

Car runs on 'liquid petroleum gas'. You have a cylinder fitted to car, and fill that up. Its like half the price of petrol in the uk. Probably not worth it in US as fuel is so cheap anyway..

The differenc ein fuel price would make it a bit pointless, unless you were a lentil-muncher...

i have a friend that has a car that runs on compressed natural gas. it pretty cool he just pulles the thing up into his drive and hooks it to the house, though a pump of course. only prob, you have a large bomb filling your trunk. plus if they would just send over the diesels that would help alot.
