Girl friend wants to know if a dvd goes in a dvd player...why does a vhs goin into a vcr?? ...im sorry...she's special.

 

thats easy a VHS tape (Video Home System) goes into a VCR (Video Cassette Recorder) you couldnt call the tape itself a recorder because it is merely a storage device, on the other hand though, DVD (Digital Versatile Disc) goes into a DVD player (Digital Versatile Disc Player)

 

try THIS one on her... if Olive oil comes from Olives, and Peanut oil comes from Peanuts, AND Sunflower oil comes from Sunflowers... WHERE DOES BABY OIL COME FROM?!?!?!?[]

1. I'm NOT a grandpa, as far as I know. Maybe old enuf to BE one, but NOT one...

2. That explains Motor oil, too! (i.e. fresh squeezed motors...) I'm guessing the motor oil in supermarkets comes from fresh squeezed Hyundai motors?

3. I always thought DVD stood for Digital Video Disc?

 

I always did too.. until i realized that its a storage device that can also contain information not just videos.. ( I guess my comp class is paying off after all)
