Default Forgot my soda

So get into the office today, realize Iforgot to bring a soda with me. Not a big coffee person, so i sometimes have a soda in the morning to get more awake for work. Well, go into the office minifridge...realize the only drinks in there are water and coors light. Anybody care to take a guess what i chose? Sometimes I love being at work.

peace, love, blues

My office carries bud as seen in my previous post. But seriously my work has a full bar and every type of domestic, microbrew and imported you could imagine in one fridge, it is whipped out every friday. I choose coors light break fast of champions.

I've got one of those small 3 cu sq/ft fridges in my office - always stocked with Rockstar for that pick me up in the mornings.

Anyone ever read what you get from a Rockstar?

Check this out - from a 16 fl/oz can - you get:

first the bad...
260 calories
62g Carb
60g from Sugar

now the Good [8D]

6.8 mg Vitamin B2 - 400% of your recommended daily needs
also known as Riboflavin - promotes cell health and key to energy metabolism
40 mg Vitamin B3 - 200%
also known as Niacin - like B2 it helps flushing toxins as well
20 mg Vitamin B5 - 200%
also known as Pathothenic Acid - considered essential to sustaining life
4 mg Vitamin B6 - 200%
also known as Pyrodoxine - needed for metobolizing amino acids - one study says it helps in preventing Parkinson's Disease
12 mcg Vitamin B12 - 200%
also known as Cyanocobalamin - promotes muscle cellular health- if I remember correctly

energy stuff

2000 mg Taurine - promotes heart health
160 mg Caffiene - pure liquid speed - yeah, baby, YEAH!
50 mg Guarana Seed Extract - stimulates nervous system and metabolism
50 mg Inositol - helps on many levels with insulin, serotonin, cell health, etc
50 mg L-Carnitine - helps with liver and kidney functions
50 mg Panax Ginseng Extract - helps in building blood
40 mg Milk Thistle Extract - helps with liver functions
30 mg Ginkgo Bilboa - which was thought to help memory - but instead does imporve blood flow, protects against cell damage and clotting issues

whew! looked up each and everyone of them thar health whacha-whosits... now drink the stuff and live long and prosper

I have XS too. It's actually very very good. The best is the citrus or tropical mixed with some good rum. Not sure where that puts the good or the bad? You guys will have to figure that one out on your own.

Cheers!
