hmmm... looks kinda confusing... what exactly should i be looking at?

Sorry for being a pain in the ***
Well, he's provided wiring schematics and diagrams of the wiring harnesses for the Gamma, Beta, Delta, and Delta/Bose factory stereos - so basically, he's given you all you need in order to figure out which wire is which and therefore where to splice what when installing an aftermarket stereo.

Not exactly a step-by-step, but damn useful nonetheless. Thanks Dave!

Looks like it's probably pin #6 on Multi-Pin connector I . Which factory system do you have, specifically?

Dave- just to make sure I'm reading that correctly; for Concert non-Bose systems, are all four speakers powered by the head unit? Or is there a seperate power amp for the rear channels in the saloon model (like with Delta etc.)? And do you have a diagram for the connectors on the back of the Concert h/u?

I installed a cd player... but the rear speakers don't work...

I've tried locating the wires for the rear speakers and with daves help I found them but I think that they need to be powered because the left rear speaker seems to have an amp attached to it.... and I remenber reading somewhere that theres a wire that needs to be connected somewhere in order for the rear speakers to work...

dave has been helping me for awhile now and im very thankfull for that....

right now I have it hooked up but evrything is working except for the rear speakers...and I don't wana take it to best buy or anything like that because they overcharge for work on german cars

hes fitting a aftermarket single CD player and the rear speakers wont work and thinks its down to an amp on the rear which they run through so needs power to make the rear speakers work so im thinking the same as you like 20 pin connector pin 6 positive switched
