My friend told me this too that I should argue this in court, but I'm not sure if it's worth it?

It's not... I'm sure is you ask nicely askacop would explain why I'm just to tired now! Not to mention in my state it has been upheld officers are not required to lock your speed using a measuring device. Eyes are enough to estimate speed... But thats a whole nother story I'm not even getting into!

Calibration is supposed to be done at least twice a shift,to check is the radar unit is working properly at the start of your tour and end. It is to be on record and logs can be asked for at court but is very rarely asked for. Is this done every shift? not always, but the new radar units are dead on that's if you are certified to operate them. I have never seen a radar that is out of calibration and i have been operating then for 2 years now. The newer ones are self / internally calibrated. This is just where i work in NY. Other departments could be different.

was 16 yo, had fixed mi first car by replacing front drivers side cv. ( it was a Isuzu Impulse RS 1.6L turbo AWD, not even 3 minutes of test driving i spot a transs am at a red light, you know whats next, i take him off the launch (mine is AWD) then he starts to take off. then a cop on the opposite lane sees us and starts chasing, it took him like 2 miles to chatch up, funny thing is that the guy driving the T/A looses his car ang get impounded i just get a $217 ticket.

I dont S/Race any more, i grew up..... well not a lot, im still 5'8", just got older
