not a bad little contraption.. I bought it basically to play Madden 06, the game i play 99.99% of the time.. Well I hate to say it but the game sucks on the 360, they left out a lot of the features that makes that game amazing.. all they did was do the graphics up to HD, and change the layout of the game.. I hope they fix this before August when Madden 07 is going to be released.. also I love the fact you can put it on your network and access your MP3's and pictures.. that is freaking great!!!!! also best feature is that you can turn the console off and on with the controller.. anyone know any other cool features or tricks for this baby??

 

Congrats man. My roomate next year has one and it really is pretty insane. He started playing music off his comp with the game and I was freaking out. He has his comp screen running between the two with a toggle so he can pause the game.. IM someone.. and go right back to the game. He was playing a really great 1st person shooter... but being that I'm a PS2 soon to be PS3 guy... idk what the game was. I hear very cool things about it... congrats and enjoy.

btw, what you said about Madden- I heard the same thing about the EA hockey game for the 360. No real upgrades and lost a few things. Just a heads up in case you were looking at it too.

 

I might just have to pick one of those up for my 8ft. projection screen... I love XGA projectors!

yeah, it looks great on the Projector!!! I might buy some games later down the road.. the gf like to play Bond games every once and a while.. and if good games come out I might get them.. Thanks for the heads up on the other EA games.. I talked to the guys at the store and they said they couldnt believe EA released those games.. they are only half the game but double the price.. damn 60 bucks a pop.. they left out the main features so they could push it out before the deadline.. but they said Madden 07 is going to be back to normal plus more features.. so it better be.. the Digital sound is freaking great just picked up the optical cord today.. WOW!!! Ohh and another thing that bites is not all the original Xbox games are backwards compatible[:@]

 

I'm not really that much into console games, I've really beefed up my computer to play games. You will never be able to beat computer graphics with a console, I don't care what they come out with...

I've got my projector hooked up to my computer now for DivX movies and games, and it looks amazing...
