Unless you don't think you're emotionally prepared for a four year school. I wouldn't start at a JC. You can lose a ton of credits when you transfer. That being said, I went to Eastern Connecticut State University. The first two years were basic survival in terms of academics. Too much extra curricular activities. The last two I learned how to budget the work and the extra curricular activities. It was all about priorities. You should look into the State schools. Much cheaper.

 

i wont lose credits b/c i would be in a program that would only give me credits to use in transferes.
