Favre returning for 07
Love him or hate him, Brett Favre will be returning for another season with the Pack. Being from Minnesota and a Vikings fan, I generally hate the Packers, but ya gotta love Favre. He is the picture they show in the dictionary under "Quarterback." I just hope he doesn't suck all year long and go out looking like a failure. He can have two really crappy games all year (and one more in the playoffs, if both the Pack and the Vikes make it), and tear up the rest of his opponents. Something to look forward to next year. After his last game, I was sure he was done.

lol
I'm a Bear's fan, so he is the sworn enemy, but you got to love his style and spirit. My Dad is a Packer's fan so I'm happy for him, but you can never go back. My thought is that the Packer'sare not that great of a team, so I don't think even his talent can bring them through. More power to Favre, but I don't know why he is still in the game. Not sure what there is left to prove?
Maybe he doesn't want to be a has-been TV announcer just yet. LOL
Cheers!

I'm a big packers fan, I got his jersey in my closest from when I was 7.
Now I like Farve as much as the next packers guy... but like chef said "What is there to prove." Farve had some great seasons, especially in 97 when they took the Superbowl, but since 2003 he has been known to make mistakes, interceptions and he's getting dare I say old. I think he shoulda retired when he first brought it up, the last 2 seasons have made people think hes washed up. Farve is one of the greatest QB's in the game, no matter what age he is. The guys got talent, and mentally he wants to be the same quick, great young Farve he used to be but he just can't do it.. So my hats off to him for doing another season, I hope the Packers do well, but like I said... They'll lose the opening game and I'll say to myself, alright well get em next week, and then they'll lose again.. and its very frusterating to watch, I wanna see the Packers play some fresh meat for QB.. But always and forever, Go Packers!
"Brett Farve is the greatest player in the NFL, you could take both Brett Farves arms and legs off and he'd still be the greatest torso in the Football."
lol.
