now i know that in the US it is illegal to make fake IDs. However in Europe no such law exist. This is verified by the BBC news article about the very subject. I then googles the sites for BBB to see if they were scams a few that were on the underground review have been reported as scams (http://www.underground-review.com/F_ID.html). I have also found a site that looks to be the most legimit site to review these sites. However most only offer EU cards, not many US ones. The review site is (http://www.theidcentre.com/index.htm). It has tips for spotting scams, like how they have u make out the checks on the site. To make sure its the company name. Also a directory to check their business background (by the gvt.). What do u guys think. I know many of u prolly have had a fake at some time. Any words of advice. So i try and just make it on photoshop myself? (i have access to a lamenter (sp?))

it wont work.. i'm a bartender.. and unless you have a hookup at the DMV.. fakes are fakes.. they will pass only if the person looking at it doesnt care... in that case.. it doesnt matter..

 

the only thing I can think of is to get an ID from like a hole nother state or something so It not familiar to the guys checking them, maybe even canada.

 

haha i was thinking about getting one of teh european sites that have been on the news, b/c those checking wont know what fakes do look like. BUt then agian i dont look or talk like im from europe.

I was actually getting a fake from the DMV but before he got around to mine he got fired for it so... im outta luck. I think the easiest is to know the bouncers or pay them off. BUt i dont think that would be worth it.

So overall even though its legal for them to make them over the internet= lil too risky?

POSSESSING a fake ID in the US that you purchased from somewhere else is just as illegal as having one made here.

Plus, many bouncers and clerks at smoke/liquor shops have to have training on how to ident a fake, they even carry around a little book with pics of a proper ID and authentication features.

You can lose your driver's license (the real one) for up to a year if they even find and fake ID on your person, whether you attempted to use it or not. Even just using a fake college ID will likely lead to arrest if you are caught.
