And what's wrong with it? They wouldn't light up?

Yeah... curious to know what the actual problem is. Can you get the headlights into the car? Can you get the bulbs into the headlights? Are they turning on at all? Don't sell them until Mikekey gets his kit... I'm sure, like he says, if you corroborate you will get 'em working.

Well I bought H1's because the Helix lens don't use the factory H7, however I ordered H7 kit for my fogs, so I'll be able to look at both kits.

But with DDM's shipping time frame right now, could be two weeks before I get them.

To sum up the issue, the lights are the two-piece Depo projectors that I was running until recently. I had H7 vvme HIDs in them with no trouble. Brie is having issues with a connector from the bulb. The ballast has the typical two cables to mate to the bulb cables (no problem), the two wires on the bulb with blade terminals to mate to the bulb harness connector are there (no problem), but the issue is the trigger connector that comes off the bulb and is intended to plug into the ballast - the connectors aren't even close to being the right design and won't plug into the ballast.

It sounds to me like the wrong bulb was sent since her ballasts are identical to mine. Hope this helps clear up a little of the issue. I really think they sent her the wrong bulbs for the car.

Well it sounds like the bulb/harness/ballast connections aren't jiving... and those are all included bits in a HID kit. If something from your hid kit isn't plugging into something else from the hid kit... then this is a shipping error.

That sounds exactly like the wrong bulb. If part A doesn't fit into Part B then they weren't made to connect.

Yup, I'd also say it's because of the wrong bulb. Try contacting DDM Tuning and see if they can exchange them.
