slicker appearance gradients , icons, etc..
But it's not as functional visually.
The rows aren't separated enough, it would be better if there was a light dark shading for alternating rows.
Also it seems that the Stickys take up half the first page. I wish there was a way to collapse them or hide them. I never read them hardly.

that stickies issue is something that we will have to address...you are correct that they take up quite a bit of space, and for now, you can increase the threads that show up on the page for you.
perhaps we can put together sections with the information for the tech sections, and clean up the stickies into one section with a linked thread in other sections.

I agree with this. I develop software all day and i change my IDE to dark blue background and white or colored text because a screen with majority white pixels does strain my eyes.

it's not baI like how when you hit "post quick reply" it shows up automatically. I did have some issues logging in it basically wouldn't let me. So I went through the steps to change it and it worked great.
