got I love working out hard, I finally was able to go heavy, well kind of heavy, i cant use a straight bar yet, but I can use free weights, got the 120's for 12 no spoter.. HoooRAA

nope, i usually dont drop the weights either, if i cant control it I wont lift with it, alot of guys drop or throw the weights when they finish a set, i usually just keep them in my hand and get up with them and rerack. b4 i messed up my rist i was pushing 465 for 4, i was trying to hit 505 before i tured 25 its been a goal of mine for about 2 years running.. messed that one up.. sad thing is I probibly could have gotten it, i was giving myself a week off to rest up and give it a shot. then the accident..

I always see results in the amount I can lift, but never really bulk up. My sister's bf told me to bulk up I should be taking about my body weight in grams of protein per day? So like I weigh about 140 so I should take in 140g of protein a day to help bulk up? Not alot, I'm a small guy. I just want more mass on my chest. Problem is I have a Labral tear in my right shoulder so I can only do neutral chest exercises. So like neutral bench press, no incline/decline/flys/etc...so I'm kinda limited also with that.

best rule fo thumb for bulking up is 1.5grams per 1 lb of body weight spread out through 6-8 small meals a day, only take 3 shakes a day, no more.. you need to eat real food, i will though up some links tomorrow while im at work..
