My area has a very loose front plate law....it is rarely if ever enforced. Know a guy who was speeding about 20 over the limit in his A8 and got pulled over and the cop decided to give him a fix it for his lack of a front plate instead of the speeding ticket...other than that, the cops usually dont bother. Parking at LAX......now thats a whole different story.
