I'm not going to go there and beat this guys ***. I wasn't involved in the group buy so I don't feel THAT passionate about it. What I will do is look him in the eyes and tell him exactly how I feel about the situation and how much of a douche he is if he doesn't give the money back. Maybe this will change his mind on whatever he's doing with everyone's hard earned cash.

cstarky15 has contacted paypal, and they CAN do something about it within 180 days if they have enough complaints on the same person.
Can you explain more on what we need to do?

I filed the dispute with Paypal too.

It's run by a Department of the U.S. Governmentspecially formed to investigateinternet crimes.
