I'm ordered from them on many occasions. The stuff is normally recieved in a few days. I've never had a problem with them

 

yea no probs here either.. i ordered my suspension from them and my A8 brake kit.. no complaint either.. real good. heard there cust. service isn't the best but go to audiworld.. one of them frequents the A4 B5 forums.. Mike from purems.com and i froget who from ECS.
