Your contact patch is reduced to the size of a postage stamp, thats why it was impounded.

Tons more pics on whoretex, including one showing what he did (at least in the rear) to get it to ride like that.

^ Exactly. That car probably weighs all of 2 lbs. and with a contact patch the size of a postage stamp there isn't much resistance from the tires.
