Drove and M3 and a 335i...
So i decided to give BMW a run just to see what the differences are. Took out a slightly modified 2002 M3 they said it was pushing 330hp which it felt like but what the F U C K is up with the semi-manual sequential slow *** tranny. All the HP was worthless with how much lag that Transmission has. The paddle shifters on it were worthless as well since it takes almost 3 whole seconds to fully engage the next gear. REALLY hated that car and for 30 grand would never give up Audi for it. The only thing i give it is that it handles much better and feels a lot tighter due to the way they displace all the weight.
Two stars on the older model M3's
So i also wanted to see how those new 335i two door cars felt and yes it was a 2008 so everything was really clean and smooth but anyways... for being much larger it felt way funner to drive than the older M3 and the cockpit is very nice. i especially liked the silent turn signals as well as the little robo arms that pop out of the rear door pannels and push your seatbelt up to your shoulder so you can grab it easily kind of an old man feature but it was neat. Shifting was much smoother although i still dont like the fact that they dont have a fully manual car anymore the sequential is cool but they just get to loose and sloppy after 7 or 8 years.
4 stars for 2008 335i
Im looking forward to the arrival of the 1-serise that looks like a sweet little car
IM NEVER GOING TO BUY A BMW JUST WANTED TO SEE WHAT THEY OFFER. AUDI KICKS ***** AND NOW BMW IS TRYING TO GO AFTER THEM WITH A TWIN TURBO PLATFORM... GOOD LUCK HAHAHA!!

RE: Drove and M3 and a 335i...
I drove the 335xi and C350 as well as the C300 not too long ago and I have to say that the C350 really impressed me as a great car. Still wouldn't give up quattro and the Audi interior for it but it was interesting to see how much the new C class is ahead of the old one. Feels like a baby S class or something.
