HAHA Thats great Chef! I have thought about that a few times. That would be fun! Something that a friend and I do at night if your on a road with no street lights and there is a car just screwing around (going under the speed limit, not staying a constant speed, ect) is to turn off your lights right behind them. They almost always either speed up or pull over. Just make sure to turn your lights back on once you pass.

Just spend the $15 and buy a 1M candlewatt power hand held light that plugs into the cig lighter. One flash of that back at him and he won't be seeing straight for the next 15 minutes.

im guilty of that but thats only because many of the lights in my town that are positioned at a crappy point last for only .02 seconds, want proof, ill post a vid or something, that crap made me late for school , a big line cars the light turns green, 1 second later, cars start moving, 2 cars later it tunr yellow, .90 seconds later its red, 3 cas blow through. i stop. 5 minutes later lights turns green again. i go through right when it turns green, when im half way through it turns red.

But I belive you on the lame a$$ lights.
We've got some nasty red light camera intersections like that in San Diego, where it goes from green to yellow to red in about 3 seconds.
I alway wince when I see that flash go off on some guy who went into it on a legal yellow.
