RE: do?
I don't know, maybe if they have cars made in America, but if you think about it would you put a Europlate on a Japanese car? so then why would a European put a US plate on a European car? They might put a US plate on a US made car, but then again they might do it. Well have to ask Doc what he thinks.

RE: do?
well, the US tries to make everything as painfully retarded and ugly as possible. In our attempt to counteract that, we use euro plates, because most things (excluding france) coming out of Europe are classy, or have real meaning. Eurpeans have no reason to put a US plate on their car, unless they want to detract from the style and class of the car. Maybe to decrease its appeal so its not a target for theft or something... I dunno...
France is the stinky armpit of europe, and I hate them. They can rot in hell.

I probly would put us plates on an american car if I was back in Spain or Italy. U.S. plates aren't ugly as Euro's are pretty. It's just the distinction and style of knowing its origin. If I had a *true* JDM car (not any ricer, I mean a HC Japanese import) I would def put Jap plates on.
