It ranges from.
Installing New Firewalls/Switches to Troubleshooting Vpn's to Figuring out Exchange Problems and it can go to much smaller problems like. " My computer won't boot"
Or "I need acces to accounting files"
Essentially My job is to support 300 Desktop Machines and 24 Servers along with
WSUS(windows update services)
Veritas Tape backups
Barracuda Spamwall/Spywall
Netscreen firewalls
and small end user stuff + alot of other crap

HAHA that sounds like fun!
At my school I managed all of the desktops and some server stuff. It can be quite heck-tech especially when people are stupid with computers (no offense to anyone who is). But when they can't figure out why nothing is on their screen and it's because they didn't turn it on, it kind of gets annoying! I'm sure you run or have run into people like that.
