yeah it was a good time.. we got "Randomly" selected for a full vehicle inspection trying to get into Canada.. we ditched the decals half way, for fear that it was making us more of a target for truckers and cops to look out for.. didnt want too many compaints to be able to be pinned on us if we did get pulled over

I always thought that the decals would work against you on a speed run, but I didn't want to post that and be a killjoy. Comrade Marx was so pumped about them and all.

yeah.. they looked great too.. lots of eyes and questions.. and people thinking the idea was a great one!! all except the border people.

I've never met one in any country that had a sense of humor. It must be a job requirement.

funny thing was getting back into the US.. the guy didnt look at our ID or ask any questions.. he was like where you live? just you two? ok have a good night! Ohh and he asked if the europlate on the front was an Alaskan plate.. so of course i told him it was

oh wow haha, you guys were only like half hour or so behind me on the highway then. i caught the 1035 ferry out of edmonds to head home

Wow thats lame about the traffic & such... [:'(]

maybe an earlier / later start time wouldve proven better.
Glad to hear u guys came out unscaved & not in some canadian jail cell.. (there are jails in Canada right? [:-] )
