Yes guys, I talked with Swift, he's going to be the representitive for all of you who are looking at joining up at the border. He's got some friends on the Canadian side of the border, who he said he's going to hang out with around 5:30, on the 4th of June. That's when we are going to try to be at the border. It's the best estimate I can give as to me and RedGoat's ETA. Please PM all of your questions about the meeting place to him. Also, please PM me your cell phone's if you've got them. We will be calling everyone the closer we get to the border.

Also guys, this is the border crossing we are going to use. It's the "truck" crossing, which should be less busy. Also, it's going to save me some time, because I don't want to have to go thru downtown Vancouver. The truck crossing has a straight shot to I-5 using highway 543, as seen in the photo.

Swift, when you get a chance, let everyone know in here where exactly you want to meet up.

Yea jayson, I'm in the military, so my military ID get's me thru the border with no problems. I don't know what civilian's have to do to get thru the border, but your birth certificate might be a good idea if you have a copy of it laying around. Just make sure your driver's license is valid, and they might ask you for proof of insurance.

I just figured that since SwiftA4 already has some friends who are close to the border on the Canadian side, that it would be a good place for everyone to meet each other.

for civilians i would recommend Birth Certificate, Driver's License, and Social Security Card if possible.. if not possible and you are afraid you wont be able to make it across the border.. then we probably setup an alternate spot for you guys to join us on the road once we cross, and start picking up speed again..
