@OP - Hey man I used to be a loner but I figured some **** out. A few things that I think help is find something to do that is cheap and social. For example, if you have a local pool hall around you, go there a few times and meet some people there.

If you're more into things that are "cooler" (this is what I would probably do if I was 21 ). Go into a sports bar and meet some guys there and ya know just try to meet whoever you can there. You said you want to get stronger so join a local gym and start working out there a lot until you meet other people who are working out. Before you know it you'll be friends with some of the guys at the gym who will introduce you to more people.

IMO go for the Gym / Bar / Club thing. Pool is a calm thing but a lot of people you meet there are meh.

 

I guess I do... never really paid much attention to that. Whatever. I'm not trying to pick e-fights or anything, I just speak my mind when I find something I don't agree with.

"Brighten up someones day, use colorful language!"
and maybe have a picture of an old lady flipping some people off.

Sorry to hear that man, I know thats not easy. I had a tough year last year.

Girls can **** your **** up, you need to find and focus on a new one, thats the only way to move on.

And doing stuff like that for her is a bad choice, say no.

Let's look at this another way. Listening to you whimper on... no wonder your girl left! As harsh as this may sound, but would you stick around to be with a guy that whimpers???

Screw your parents (figuratively) - but they have done their part - to some degree - now you are YOUR OWN MAN!!

Be that man. Create your own destiny! Join the military or finish school or set your eyes on a solid career path. Quit wallowing in your own self pity, mate.

Do you think you're the only 19 old in the world suddenly having to face decisions of their own? We all do, mate. It's a rite of passage.

Don't let loss dictate your life. Take some of these guys advice and make your own gains. No one in this world should rely on others to feed them or wipe their asses.

Go forth, young man - and become one. If a guy like me can make it to 44 still alive and happy - can't see why you can't either.

Now look outside and make a decision. Either school, military (was my choice at 19) or college. Make one of those happen.

The ***** comes later and there's little a woman can resist from a self confident man of action and principle. Trust me on this, mate.
