I totally sympathize with the Tech, 10mm markers are so much more expensive than the 8mm ones[8D]

I absolutely will not take my A6 in there now. And yes, it was Jay Wolfe. They were the most shady people I have ever dealt with. If they said there was 500 bucks of service needed on my Honda, the Audi will be in the thousands. It also sucks that they are the only Audi stealership in a 300 mile radius around us. Talk about a monopoly.
