well it's not good the be the sideline guy when things go wrong with her ex and she starts initiating contact again with you.
if you feel like this is starting to happen, then be straigt up.
say, "look. i like you. i thought we had fun together....BUT, unless you're totally finished with your previous boyfriend, i'm not hanging around."
if in fact you're already committed yourself that you're moving on, then good luck.
on the brighter side of things.....i've always noticed a little bit that people are a lot like the animals in spring. we just tend to get frisky and want to be out and about....so, for this reason, maybe you'll find a new spring chick that will tickle your fancy!
