1st it was dusk... all good drivers know that once you beggin to loose light (even if its not completely dark) you should turn on your lights for safety.

2nd there wasnt a single car in the lot besides mine so therefor i was not getting in anyones way

3rd if i was standing right next to it taking pictures obviously it was not unattended
