Yeah, there will definitely be some business applications for this type of display, and I'm sure businesses adopting will lead to increased consumer sales as the price gets steadily lower.
Aside from the examples you noted, just think about using it for everyday business applications. Instead of sitting at your desk, you'd have a display like this, maybe the size of a small architect's easel, that you'd sit in front of. If someone developed an operating system designed for this (Windows 3-D or something), that could be a whole new way to work. And it's soooo cooooool!
