I like red, my favorite type is pinot noir, i like the one La Crema makes....not too strong and great with salmon, which i cook and eat a lot of.

Contrary to popular belief, wine should match the sauce, not the meat. Cream sauce, white wine. Red sauce, red wine. No sauce? Dry wines for red meat, sweet wines for poultry, semi-sweet or semi-dry for fish... Drunken bacchanal? Jungel Juice...

well......... i still like red with salmon!!!! plus in general i just don't like white wine, they all remind of of welch's white grape juice, which makes me gag

Rose' goes with either, and doesn't look like white grape juice, which is what white wine is, basically...
