I'm a sophomore at Penn State Altoona majoring in industrial engineering. i get to keep my car which is nice.. and theres actually some other a4's up here.
Electric Engineering and after that I practically can get another degree in Computer Engineering because most classes I do in Electric covers most of Computer..
Wow engineers coming out of the woodwork on AF. I'm a few years ahead of you guys. I have a BS Engineering with concentration in electrical from Walla Walla University. And an MSEE from UC Irvine. Most of my friends that did computer engineering sort of wish that they had done more EE classes becuase the computer classes didn't really teach them that much that couldn't have learned on their own. All of us got pretty good jobs though so I guess it works out no matter what you do really. Don't wimp out on the analog electronics classes that's the good stuff that will seperate you from the herd if you really understand it.
and gets tiring being in front of comp all the time
haha... you do know what most engineers do all day right?
I'm glad I don't have to go to school anymore. Got my BS from San Jose State in Industrial Technology w/ a minor in Business Management. If I have some time in the near future, I just might go for an MBA.
