financed through parents and loans. I have 22k in loans i have to pay off... which they have YET TO START!!! its ridiculous.. I filed to start payments last july. Its liek they dont want to get their money.
Watch these guys. I'm sure they are racking up interest on you. I had some trouble with these guys because of moving around and I missed some stuff - it took me forever to straighten it out and it can hurt your credit. I finally got all mine paid off from law school and I got some letter from these losers saying "We hope that you enjoyed your educational experience." I would have set it on fire, but it showed my zero balance so I filed it away.

I took my loans out with Sallie May, and had to fight with them over every little thing I wanted to do (payments, consolidations...etc) I haven't started making payments yet - I should have a 6 month grace period (then again I read the exact opposite in another of their letters....

I graduated about a month ago from Indiana Tech with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

I'm ready to retire..

oh, I don't know. They are a part of THE BIG MACHINE. And we mere mortals can't really give the big machine hell. The best we can do is yell at some phone monkey to no avail - and the big machine just keeps rollin' on along.

I'm so glad that crap is behind me now. I wonder what a paid for house feels like?

You have to stick it to the man....

I wonder what a 'paid for' car feels like
a 'paid for' school feels like
or a 'paid for' house feels like as well....
