Got a call from the Police Department at about 4:00 AM this morning informing me that a car has hit my business. A few kids driving a Ford Explorer veared off the road and hit a steal load bearing column located at the entrance of my business. Needless to say the codes inspector for the city has closed down my operation untill we can shore up the building. Sucks, day after Thanksgiving is one of my busiest weekends.

I'd find those kids and kick their *** or if your not as mean as me just give a talking to.

 

They had to peel the entire top of the explorer off to extract the driver. He was pinned between the beam and the engine block. He was life lighted from the accident and was in pretty bad shape. Part of me feels sorry for the kid the other is so pissed because they believe he had been drinking.

 

Your should go to the hospital and punch him in the throat.

Haha I was thinking the same thing, and I laughed out loud when I read it... and here I am in class... people are staring! AAAHHH must avoid eye contact!

Update, Inspector oks my opening on Friday, however half the gym has to remain closed for safety. Second, I have heard that the kid is in a coma and two punctured lungs. I just watched myself on the news, that is a very wierd and surreal thing. I am prettu upset about the whole thing. I am pissed at what this kid has done to my business but at the same time I feel sorry for the kid.
