ya but you can't just kick him out. you have to go through the lawyer bullshit to make him take his belongings out of the apartment. it's really messed up but i think placing bags of garbage in his unit and then calling the cops on him should give me an upper hand at court lol.

 

if its bad anyway you should have the upperhand regaurdless

 

All you have to do is evict him, you dont need a lawyer, the longest it would take is 6 months tops,if he fights it otherwise I wanna say it 30 or 60 days if he does't fight it, but definately would be worth it rather than dealing with it
