yea so my friend totaled his Audi A4 and i was in the car, he ran through a yellow light and some guy jumped the gun and took off early on the red to green, we got T-boned im in some pain my shoulder is a bit messed up i turned away from the on comming car as if i could dodge it.. lol oh well.. I feel bad for my boy, he is on audi world thought he had some pics up of the car but i geuss not, going to buy a butt load of parts off him though so its not all that bad, it was my frist car acident, it sucks you feel so totally powerless in those situations..

 

Glad to here no ones hurt really bad, So the assclown that hit you, Was it his fault, I mean as far as the law is concerned.

 

yea, the best way to be hit (as if there is a best way to get in a car accident) is when you don't know its coming, cause you don't tense up. sucks to see an Audi taken off the road though. it was the other guy's fault right?

To the best of my meager knowledge insurance companies usually base their won/loss decision on teh po-po's report, don't they?

 

thats what i thought, but they said there was no witness and both parties were at some fault so he said the insurance companies can fight it out..

 

it will prob end up a 50 - 50. since it is only your friends word against the other guys..

was there any witnesses? like the guy behind the *** hat who jumped the red?
