i'm gonna find the cutest guy there and say, "do you have any good calk?"
i knew there was a reason i liked these little DIY projects!

As an avid DIYer I suggest you use a 100% silicone cauld specifically for bath/shower. After removing all the old caulk, clean the area with an alcohol pad to remove any residue. After applying, the damp cloth trick will not work well with silicone caulk, the best thing is spit, yes saliva. Put an amount on your finger tip and smooth out the caulk. The damp cloth trick and anything using water, sponge only works well with laytex cauls sincethey arewater soluable.

agree 100% with Beef. use spit and fingers for really friction free caulk work. After experiencing it 100's of times, friction free and smooth is so much better and the outcome is satisfaction. (for real).

ok, so i thought i'd tape it off in case i was really messy, but it wasn't that bad......HOWEVER...
i thought i had white calk and i guess i was picking up so many different calks, i got the wrong one!!![:@] so back out to get more calk.
i used it anyway since the crack is deep and pushed it way back in there. there's enough space left to use the white calk so it looks nicer. i'll do that tomorrow.
