Do not buy from this company! I ordered a set of wheels for my wife`s Audi from this company and they assured me not once but on two different occasions they would fit and if for some reason they didn`t I could return them without any restocking, shipping charges etc. Needless to say they didn`t fit and now Kasa Auto Parts is refusing to give us a full refund!!! In fact they wouldn`t even contact us to resolve this matter until we finally had the credit card charges reversed!

Kind of disappointing since I did see some sweet wheels on their audi site.

Guess I will cross them off my list.

 

Just a quik note: at the bottom of the BBB info it shows 19 as "administartively closed." That just means they sat around soooo long that the system stopped caring what the disposition was on those issues, not that anything was resolved, one way or another.

 

Yikes. I am wheel shopping now so thanks for the heads up.
