ohh man.. best way to do it..

ship a box with parts to somebody anonymous.. just look somebody up in the phone book or something.. then put some drugs in the box.. and put a note..

" Hey Joe

I need you to hold on to these for a while things are getting tough.. I know you dont know me, but I will pay you nicely if you do me this one favor

Signed
The persons name who needs to get fired"

the person that recieves the note will probably call the police, and they will involve the FBI and BAM they have an investigation and the boss wants him gone more than you!!!

Hold on a minute here. Lets get serious. CLC, you say "I have a problem with someone here....."
Is it you that has the problem with the other person, or does the other person have a problem?
The inability to "get along" with someone is no excuse to get that person fired. I'm sure that person depends on the job to get groceries on the table just as you do. Do you supervise this person? If they are not doing their job, then you need to DOCUMENT IT. Make notations of major errors. I'm sure your employer has some kind of personnel policies. Follow them TO THE LETTER. ....And don't be arbitrary. You can't let one employee get away with something, and discipline someone else for the same thing. That could get you a meeting with the labor relations board. The key is DOCUMENTATION.

Is this a personal problem with the guy or a work related one.
Dont do the drug thing cos you'll probably get caught buying........... which you would deserve! & if you did that to me & I found out.... you'd be a dead man.

Why not talk to the guy and try & educate him?
We need to know what he did?

If you NEED good reasoning, to get him fired, that implies you don't have a good reason to get him fired.

I always pull the "he fondled me" or sexually harrassed me...... don't know if that would work to your advantage or disadvantage though, since you both are guys........

Months ago I was complaining about the ***** at the guard gate to my parents neighborhood, i nicely explained to him that if he EVER did anything to annoy/bother me again I'd report him for sexual harrassment........ not only did he leave me alone from then on, he quit his job a few weeks later after my threat.
