I have a real problem here with one of the service guys and i would really like to see him let go but I need good reasoning of course any help would be greatly appreicated

Talk to the manager that his service guy is crazy. When he eventually says there's nothing he can do since you don't have a good reason, punch the service guy in the throat (while no one's looking of course). Then while he's on his knees holding his neck, run into the managers office, point to the service guy, and tell the manager that he's so crazy he's trying to choke himself.

That or get Heinz to kneecap him.

 

very simple in the US I'm sure "put some dope/smoke/white/coke in his locker" then report him for using drugs on the job "very nasty thing to do but some deserve it" if you want him gone that bad

just get all the works on your side and have them all complain about the service guy to your manager
say hes doesnt do any work and he is screwing up when he does work
he just a horrible mold that needs to be cut off

 

it sounds good but rarely works "you find out who your friends are" and they might be the objectives friend more than yours and don't want to upset the applecart then you loose your job[:-], whack him on the head with a dolly hammer (joke) the setup and keep it quiet is best approach "tell no one"

good point mate, that's not so common in the UK but any drug use is enough to get you fired in this high safety trade and in most cases they talk to the person quite like so as not to get him jailed like please hand in your notice sort of thing
