I'mnot that familiar with S4, beengettingbusy with the A4, but if I had to choose and could affordeither, I'd say S4

without bias thoughhow do they feel handling wise compared to A4, differences in weight, the computer controlled awd?

 

a4- 1.8t and 2.0t 4 bangers

s4- 2.7 biturbo, or 4.2 v8s in newer models.

S4 is badass, no matter what year.

 

Sorry... but im gonna play this card right here..... IM a rich millionaire and i can afford anything so i have a custom Huge Single turbo (T-67? hahah) 2007 RS4/ or 07 R8...... I think by far the motor that "can" be the most potent is obviously that engine just because of size and then if we are tlaking unlimited $$$ to then research and develope a turbo is deffinatley possible......

To be realistic... im ognna have to go B5 S4 FTW[sm=icon_ladiesman.gif]..... more potential.... Only can get so much outta 4 cylinders.

What models were those in? could you get that in the 80/90? I know may sound stupid but i dont know.
I know the OG quattro had it.

 

They are in the UR S4's it is a rpetty bad *** engine..... but idkkkk that motor was in all the rally cars backin the day also
