Once you get it cleaned up you can only continue to park it on the street if you follow the below steps:

1. Wash the car
2. Go get a "Experimental Hydrogen Vehicle" decal made
3. Place one on the rear bumper and on the front fenders on each side
4. No more environmentalist backlash
