Bailey's is good stuff, Carolan's (the other Irish cream drink) is pretty damn good also, and lower price than Bailey's (but there is a difference in taste that you have to try yourself to determine which you like better).

Also, buying premium shots by the serving-tray full, for all the others....

I have spent many a night at wedding receptions doing just that.
