Constable Wayne Burnett pulled the driver over near Alice Springs. He found a case of beer on the back seat securely fasted with a seat belt, but a five-year-old boy was just bouncing around on the back seat. [/align][align=left][/align][align=left]'I haven't ever seen something like this before,' Constable Burnett who was checking cars going into the Aboriginal community area where alcohol is prohibited.
