SilverSeven, what design (I4,I5, I6, V6, V8, V10, or V12)will potentially give the best results in regards to horsepower/torque and displacement?
And a supplementary question - Is horsepower or torque more important or are they both equally important?

Different engines with different enginering for different cars for different drivers with different needs or wants. Greatest thing in the world is variety. Boring as hell if EVERYONE was cruising in v8's or only in 4 bangers etc...
That's the cool thing about highly tricked out 1.8t (or any variation of 4 cyliners) being able to beat a 454/vice-versa. You never know what the other car is capable of until you race it.
