Question Anyone know about EURO $$?

Hey guys,
I'm shopping on eBay (Germany) ebay.de and I have a quick question for anyone who has ordered off of there / knows about the Euro dollar system. I am looking to buy OEM Aluminum side mirrors for my '01 C5 A6 2.7L - I found them on the site and they are listed for EUR 15,50 - what exactly does that convert to? Is that their way of saying our way of "$15 and 50 cents" - the comma is throwing me off!! lol I tried to type "15,50" into a conversion calculator and it updated to 1550.00 which is 2165.00 USD! $2k for mirror caps...that's a little crazy isn't it? I'm hoping it's wrong - HELP?? ;o) Thanks guys!

Yea the comma separates the dollars from cents just like the period in the American system. Use google or Wolfram Alpha to find the exact conversion rate.

Those side mirrors, at today's conversion rates, are $21.66 USD
