Anyone here work for Nextel/Sprint?
I desperately need to get out of my 6 phone contract. They freakin' tricked me into another year a few months ago and I just found out about it and I'm pissed as hell. I need to know if there is any secret way to get outta this contract. Their customer service sucks ssssoooooo bad too. The lady on the phone literally yelled at me earlier today.
If you're shopping, don't choose Nextel. I think I might have a trick up my sleeve but I need an insider's perspective.

I do know of a way OUT, but you'll need:
2-quarts of fake blood
3-5 guys in fake Ploice uniforms
1 vacant lot
1 decent digital camera
1 fake death certificate...
PM me if you need instructions on how to put it all together, OK?

Ha ha...you're funny. I think I might have figured out a cheeky way to get out.

i work at Sprint-Nextel, but I'm in the IT dept and don't touch customer care side....
you could always port your number and if you do it from Nextel to Sprint they should waive some of the fees
i don't have to mess w/ the plan stuff so you may want to browse or post on this link because active sprint employees including telesales/customer care people go through there and basically give away ways to get around your contract, even though i doubt they are suppose to do this, but whatever works for you
