RE: Anyone here into scale R/C cars?
yeah, when i lived in LA, there used to be huge late night parking LOT meets....
the thing that sucked was that at tournaments your car had to look like a real drift car....which sucked....
normally I would run a louis vitton G35 body
but for tournaments i would run as an FD (rx7)...I painted it chamelion and put a big wing on it....I figured if I had to be a ricer, that i would go all out....lol

I have a Traxxas Rustler stadium truckand a T-Maxx, both are nitro and about 8 yrs old. The Rustler is mostly aluminum and heavy as hell, with the OS motor and gearing, it tops around 40mph. It ran through my buddy's T-Maxx, his got in the way while I was doing high speed runs, t-maxx parts all over the place. My Maxx has a 2.5 motor, big bore shocks, locked rear dif, wide suspension. I haven't touched them in years though, they're just sitting in the closet, even have the gas still

The T-Maxx was a nice truck, crazy fun right out of the box. Friend of mine had one before he moved away. I never got into bigass nitro trucks, but I did have an electric one that I replaced the motor with one out of a cordless drill, which was awesome till it sheared the dogbones.[8D]
