Get 6-8 cans of Cheez-Whiz, lather up real good, grab a tazer and just wait....wait....wait...don"t worry.... it will come.... your job will understand....

hahaha I don't think that's working with the same principle...

if you can't have a cat down there, get a snake. you may end up with a snake problem on your hands after that, but then you can get a mongoose. this might perpetuate itself along though...

Get a .22 and some rat shot.



Just wear safety glasses or something. Shouldn't do any damage otherwise. Originally designed for use inside barns w/o damaging tin roofs or shed walls.
