Default Any boaters?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there were any other boaters on the forum. My parents have a 27' Monterey now. I've been around boats since I was like 6, I even work at a marina now. We do our boating on the Delaware River and a little on the Chesapeake bay. Any one else?

I worked at sea for 8 years...Middle East, Africa, India, The Med... certainly done some serious miles, in some serious conditions... Not quite the Hamptons Yacht club though!

Well I pretty much consider any day on the water a good day. No matter what kind of boat. The pontoons and deck boats are nice though, big time party boats. Haha Toff, not quite the boating I had in mind but still sweet lol.

That definitely counts. I usually stick inland though cuz i get seasick. But yea, definitely chill. My parents usually get together and raft up with like 10 other boats in this cove and just party, it doesn't get much better. I think we had over 20 boats once.

We rented a house boat down on Lake Cumberland 3 weeks ago. It was quite an experience getting that damn thing into a cove and then swimming to the banks to tie it to trees. I hope I never have to do that again.

Haha Jest, that sounds pretty rough. Can't say i've ever done that. I did swim an anchor out once though, that wasn't really all that fun. AWD, pending approval of the others I think that we can make you an honorary member. I hear the 'roos really dig guys with Audis and boat.
