A. no because, 1) at terminal velocity a penny does not carry enough speed to kill somebody and 2) the Empire State building has a staggered terrace system which will catch any thrown object before it will hit the ground.

Q. I thought they proved that because a bullet falls horizontally at terminal velocity that it also can not kill somebody when fired perpindicular to the ground, and that on any other trajectory, that it is able to maintain it's spin and keep a lethal velocity?
