A: Twice: Once when I was 10...I had to walk home from the bus stop and was wearing overalls....the bus stop was about 1/4-1/2 mile from home....and I just couldn't quite make it...lol. Last time I ever wore overalls. Second time was when I was 16...sneaking out with two of my friends to go to a party...after a couple "near death" incidents that involved jumping over the guardrail into blackberry bushes to avoid oncoming traffic that could potentially turn us in...I got scared...and well...accidents happen. lol. Good think I had beer later to soothe myself. lol.

A: my bathroom...not yet. other people's places...twice. once i was actually aiming but motor skills were way too off and another i thought it would be too much work to find the toilet and so i let loose somewhere around the bathtub...i think
